Why Turbotax keep saying this on form 3514?

I am a songwriter so it asked me to fill out my own business address. My mailing address and physical residence address is foreign address for now.  

On 3514 form, whether I added US address or foreign address, it kept showing this message. Even I didn't enter and leave it as not applicable, it shows this message again and again.. 

Also, even though I kept deleting form 3514 several times and remove the CA return files and started over, 3514 form kept showing up. I don't know what to do. 

Can you please help me with this?
