Since I cannot see your screen, it's hard for me to determine what the problem is. If you are answering a question that has a circle next to the appropriate answers, you can just click on those circles in order to select them. If this is not the answer you are looking for, please provide a screen shot of the issue you are having but FIRST please make sure there is no personal information exposed on the screenshot to make sure to keep your personal information secure.
