Why my turbo tax is not free like I was told?

It appears you are using the Deluxe version of TurboTax, which is an upgrade from TurboTax Free Edition. You can use TurboTax Free Edition as long as you are filing a 1040EZ or 1040A with the standard deduction.

I filed my 2021 tax return with turbo tax and paid delux and it was rejected. My computer can’t download the software ware so I can’t access my return to amend. HELP!!!
