Turbo Tax will not know why your return is being rejected. We can't actually see your information. To fix the error, sign in to your account and select the Fix my return button. Follow any “fix it” instructions to update the information causing the rejection.

......could be the state you are filing too...I know my state doesn't allow you to even attempt to e-file before 13 Feb.....so it could be rejected for that reason alone.
