Why must I pay for an additional State on my Home and Business personal & Self Employed Software

I have two States, one is my resident state the other is a State I sold a property in. Why do I have to purchase an additional software for the second State?

You are only entitled for one state download, However to change the download you will need to contact Turbo Tax product support. A representative should be able to push a download for you.
