No stimulus payments were sent to TurboTax.
We are happy to share that stimulus payments will begin to be deposited on January 8th for millions of our customers affected by the IRS error. We expect most of these payments to be available that day, but banks could take a few business days to process.
Payment will be deposited into the same bank account that customers received their 2019 tax refund.
Customers receiving a stimulus payment will receive an email from TurboTax letting them know their stimulus payment is on the way. We have been working tirelessly with the Treasury and IRS to get stimulus payments to our customers. We know how important these funds are for so many Americans and we regret that an IRS error caused a delay.

Having 4 children a disabled husband with multiple sclerosis and being laid off for over 3 months with no unemployment. It really seems like we are being punished for being a large family. Our bank account is the same.I wish you guys would've got paid the 10 dollars per stimulus like you asked the IRS. Then, maybe this wouldn't have happened because I wouldn't even wish this on my worst enemy.
TurboTax is not a bank, it cannot send or receive a stimulus payment. Only the IRS controls when and if a stimulus payment is distributed.

If you do not receive any other stimulus payments by January 15, 2021, then the stimulus payment for which you are eligible to receive will be entered on your 2020 federal tax return as a tax credit on Form 1040 Line 30.
The TurboTax program will ask about stimulus payments in the Federal Review section of the program.
