Why is Turbotax stating the Alaska dividend was $3,284 per person when in reality it was $1,312 per person? Who is right?

1099-misc reports $1,312 and this is confirmed by my deposit statements from bank.

The note on the TurboTax screen is about the 2022 Permanent Fund Dividend, as it says in the note. It does not apply to 2023. Just enter the amount that's on your 1099-MISC, $1,312.
