Why is Turbotax saying my Roth 457(b) plan contribution limit is $7000 when everything I've read says it should be $23,000

Turbotax is saying my Roth 457(b) plan contribution limit is $7000, same as for a individual Roth IRA. However,  everything I've read says Roth 457(b) plan contribution limits should be $23,000. My contribution is listed in box 12 of my W-2 as "EE - Roth contributions to 457(b) plan."

Only enter it from the W2, nowhere else.  Not again under Deductions & Credits.  It is not a IRA contribution.  Delete it from Deductions.
