Why is turbo tax taking my filing payment out of my refund when I am paying with Credit Card?

Please see this link for guidance to select your payment method in TurboTax.

The only time TurboTax would try to take payment for filing out of your refund is if you have selected Pay with My Refund. As long as you have not filed yet, you will be able to pay using the steps in the first link provided.
