Why is the button for taxes to be paid outta refund not working

@impalaphil48 - this time of year, you can not pay your fees out of the refund. (I think that is what you meant); that is only available early in the year

It can be done anytime efiling is allowed so something must be stopping you from being able to use that option ... so did you already file the fed return and are just trying to pay for the state fees now?  Or did you amend the return?
