My refund from IRS is being witheld by sbtpg. I logged into my sbtpg account and can see my refund being held with a disbursement method "Reserve". When I called sbtpg, an automated voicemail asks me to upload my DL on sbtpg.com/idverify/index.html. But when I try to enter my ssn there(which it asks), it does not find my record and errors out. I could never talk to a real person in sbtpg because the automated voice does not provide me an option to talk to a customer care rep and just hungs up on me. I called turbotax associates thrice and they offer no help. Since turbotax has a partnership with sbtpg, why don't they address this issue because they are likely to have their contact numbers? I have been filing for years with TT and this is the first time I am facing this issue. I got my state refund. So I am sure I gave the right bank account number. What should I do now?

Unfortunately, only TPG can answer that question. They do not inform TT.
TT has a business relation with TPG. I did not deal directly with TPG. TT has a liability in this. When so many people are facing this issue, they should atleast try to help if We are not able to even talk to a real person in TPG. Now, TT cannot just drop the ball after getting their fee from TPG.
