Why is my federal green and my state is bold black ?
The green means money owed to you and the black means the taxes due to your State.

In the montors at the top? Green is Refund and Black or Grey would be a Tax Due you owe.

I filled on the Jan 31 I was excepted the same day but I have no one bars in my where's my refund so what like going on
