If your tax return gets rejected, TurboTax will send you an ACTION NEEDED email in your inbox. In the email it will list the rejection code or message under What happen. I have include an example of what the ACTION NEEDED email will look like, please see below. You can search for info about the code or message, by placing the rejection code in the search box at top of screen.
