why is it that turbo tax is so [removed] this year and you cant get anyone to help you?

when i try importing my forms from fidelity and go thru the whole process it tells me it has my forms but then it does not let me go back to turbo tax to continue

Note :  if you have any stock/bond/mutual fund sales during the year, you will be required to use the 'Premium" version.  Maybe that's why you can't see them......TTX Free doesn't do any stock transactions, and if 1099-DIV contains certain box # amounts, you may still be required to upgrade.
