With the forms that you have, it does not fall under a 1040 ez. My suggestion would be for you to witch to our Freedom Version if you qualify. It would cover all of those forms for you for free without you having to upgrade to enter them. Here is some more information for you about this:
If you are eligible you can use the TurboTax Freedom edition which is
free to file both a federal and state tax return. The Freedom edition
is on a separate website from the TurboTax online editions.
To
qualify for free 2016 federal and state tax returns in Freedom Edition,
you'll need to meet at least one of these requirements:
A maximum 2016 adjusted gross income (AGI) of $33,000
You qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC); or
You
served as active duty military (including Reservists and National
Guard) with a maximum 2016 AGI of $64,000 (you'll also need a
military-issued W-2).

The 2016 Desktop software (CD/Download) can be purchased from TurboTax at the following link :
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/
For 2016, all the downloaded programs will handle all tax forms.
Basic doesn’t include a state program (it is an extra cost) however the Deluxe version or better does include one state program.
You can complete an unlimited number of returns however you can only efile up to 5 federal returns for free and there is an extra cost to efile each state return (but mailing them is free).
--------------------
The 2016 Online version can be purchased here:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/
Make sure to purchase the correct program since the Online program has limitations. Here is a short list of some common tax situations and the online products that now uniquely support them:
· Itemized Deductions (Schedule A/1040)- Deluxe, Premier, and Home & Business (now called Self-Employed)
· Capital Gains or Losses (Schedule D) - Premier and Home & Business (now called Self-Employed)
· Rental Income (Schedule E) - Premier and Home & Business (now called Self-Employed)
· Net Profit from Business (Schedule C-EZ) - Deluxe, Premier, and Home & Business (now called Self-Employed)
· Profit or Loss from Business (Schedule C) - Home & Business (now called Self-Employed)
The online program only completes one return per user ID and the state program is an added cost however you can efile the federal and state returns for free.
