You should be waiting four days to speak with a CPA. Either they called you back and on one answered or your message got lost.

Click How do I connect with a tax expert in TurboTax Live? You can also call 1-888-843-5449. They will try and route you to a non-CPA. Insist that you will only speak with a CPA and ask for a callback.
