Don't know why you would receive that message since the post is available in the forum.
I did a copy and paste from the answer provided -
We have seen an increased level of contacts regarding reject for the form 8915 F. This is not a bug and there are a couple of workarounds available:
Or these instructions provided by an Expert:
Please try these steps to fix the rejection issue:
Another option is to delete "Form 8915-F" and "Qualified 2020 Disaster Retirement Distr" and then go back to the retirement section and reenter the information:
so this is my final year of paying back the 2020 covid distribution. When I printed my tax return it shows covd on the fema line. I cant remove it or adjust it . when I enter the 3167.00 which is the final 3rd of the original distribution it just keeps telling me I need to go back to my 1099-R to review.
We took a regular withdraw from my husbands 401k to buy a home but for the disaster portion I got the 1099 in 2020 which is when I took the covid withdraw
Its how turbo tax is entering the information as when I printed out my return it shows covid on the fema line and I cant remove it so now I am out the fees they charged me for the forms to now have to mail in my return and not get a refund till who knows how long

If you are using the online editions -
I have done all of that multiple times to no avail. I am done wasting my time. I printed my return to mail it
I'm having the same issue. TurboTax shows the form is available for e-file. I've opened and updated the section for the form, ran error check and it says there are no errors. I e-file the return, but the IRS rejects it. I noticed that when I opened the forms the 8915-F is actually showing as 8915-F-T still. I thought this may be a glitch with the turbo tax file so I deleted and started over again. All the steps showed that it was error free and I e-filed again. Sure enough a few min later the return was rejected and the 8915-F was showing as a 8915-F-T again.
Has anyone else had this issue in the past few days? If so I think turbo tax need to fix this NOW given that they claim the form is available for e-file now.

On the screen asking if you took a distribution in 2021 due to a non-covid disaster. You answered Yes and you should have answered No. Go back and change your answer to that so you continue to the Form 8915-F.
no I did not take a covid distribution In 2021 I took a covid distribution in 2021 and no mater what I did it would not be accepted by the irs .. I had to mail my return and turbo charged me for a form that didn't work i wont be using them next year for me or my 4 adult children
