This is NOT an answer to the question! I had the same issue on both my iPhone and iPad. Ironically, Apple pay doesn't work. Just got off the phone with someone from TurboTax who verified I was not alone in having no success with Apple Pay. Double irony? That is the only way to pay on an iPad or iPhone unless you want to pay with your refund (and get charged an extra $50). Get it together Intuit!
I have a Us credit card and my account billing address is Washington DC. My filing address is overseas. The system required me to set up Apple Pay. I never could do so.
in This tax year, I will do the same actions. Using a new CITI card what my Washington DC billing address.

To pay for TurboTax:
Because paying for your TurboTax Online fees is separate from e-filing your return, you can pay at any time prior to filing your return.
We accept credit, debit, and pre-paid cards with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover logo. Like many other U.S. online merchants, we can only process cards with a U.S. billing address.
