Why Form 8938 is not saved in Turbotax Premier Online 2021?

I need to have Form 8938 (Statement of Foreign Financial Assets) included in my 2021 Federal tax return.
TT Premier Online 2021 does not save this form after I input all data for this form. When I click on Other Tax Situations, under Report Foreign Assets, TT shows "Revisit" and the info previously input is not in the system. I also checked Tax Tools, Delete a Form, and it is not on the list of documents provided by TT.

Please try to sign out, clear your cache, delete your cookies and then log back in and try entering it again.
