Why doesnt turbo tax have my 2022 tax return?

I filed with Turbo Tax in 2022 & created a tax pin # & Turbo Tax says I never filed with turbo tax? How is that possible when turbo tax has record of my W2>

Maybe you are in the wrong account.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.
