why doesn't tax tools come up

To access the Tax Tools menu in TurboTax Online, you need to either have started your tax return or be in the return you are working on.

If you have already started your return, click on any category (such as Wages & Income>Pick up where you left off) and the left Tools menu should open.

**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

Theres a question asking if the sale of some of the stocks i own are rsu's but doesnt specify if this was at the time of grant or time of sale?
