Why does TurboTax fro Business want me to fillout a form 9991

I am completing an 1120 on Turbo Tax for Business for a Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation that has a Net income of $17. Why is it requesting I fill out form 8991??

TurboTax Business does not support Form 8991. Regardless, the result you are seeing might have been caused by checking "Yes" to the question depicted in the screenshot below.

Thanks for answer. I didn't mark that Yes; but it did lead me to a question I inadvertently did not answer. When I did, it didn't ask me to fill out that form??
