Why does Turbotax advertise FREE FREE FREE FREE FREE and charge me $25 for filing my STATE RETURN?

I paid for DELUXE version, and only use one form - farm - and standard deduction.

If you are using the TurboTax desktop CD/Download edition of Deluxe or higher, you received one free state program download which was included in the purchase price.  The state e-file charge was Not included in the purchase price.  The state e-file charge is currently $24.99 to e-file a state tax return using the desktop editions.  This charge can be avoided by printing and mailing the state tax return.
