Why does turbo tax not recognize by password. I have to reset every time I log in.

Why does turbo tax not recognize by password. I have to reset every time I log in.

 When you log in do you get this screen?  It asked me to reset my password too.  Then I saw you should not click the Continue button but on the words....I know my password.
