Are you getting an error when trying to pay with your credit card or do you not see the option at all? Are you able to upload a screenshot of the payment selection screen?
I get to the page that asks to pay state efile fee. I chose charge credit card. all info including security code.
There is a circle on the continue button and it will not go forward to process the payment.
When I click on the continue box to pay by charge nothing happens.
Can you try logging out of your TurboTax account, clear cache and delete cookies. Then try logging back in to your TurboTax account to see if the problem still persist. If you still have the same issue, please use the FAQ link posted below to reach out to TurboTax customer service for assistance:
