Is the Form 2016 for Iowa taxes available yet?

No it's not. And you can't file without it. I tried deleting the form and still wont work

It seems to be available a the state of Iowa site.... but not in TTax

I tried deleting form in Iowa section of "forms" view and it just rebuilt it... then I went into Federal forms view and deleted it in there and it worked.

Why does the Iowa form 2106 show in my return when I have NO business deductions?  It does not show in the federal form?
