Why does it say a different amount for my deposit then it should? Refund was 1917 & I owe state 348 but set up to come out of my checking account on a different date?

What is your IRS refund suppose to be?  What did you get?  Were you having any fees deducted from your refund?  You seem to know you have to pay the state tax due yourself.  

Check the refund on the actual 1040 line 20a.

Turbo Tax just shows you the net of federal and state for your own info.  You will still get the full refund unless they keep it.  And you have to pay the other tax due.  So make sure you pay the IRS.  You can not have a tax due deducted from the other refund.
