Why does It's Deductible close while I'm entering my non-cash deductions?

In TurboTax, under Charitable Donations, you'll see a link to Import from It's Deductible.

When I used the url to go to It's Deductible only one of the charities donation I entered, Goodwill 06/03/24, was listed and none of the cash donations are listed. I don't understand what's going on? In past years I was able to open It's Deductible as a standalone and I could print out the donations summary. I am very confused.
