Why do I keep getting an error message to fix the TC-40 form of my state return before I can file my return?

I’m unable to access the form to edit it.

Yes. It says payee’s city must be entered. I can see where it needs to be entered but I can’t find a way to edit the form.

To edit an entry in TurboTax Online, you will need to revisit that section and use the guided interview feature to make any changes.
