If you did not transfer the 2022 tax data to the 2023 return you will have to enter your personal information.

Clear your tax return and start over and transfer the 2022 data.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Clear & Start Over

You have to do that 2022 to 2023 tax file transfer at the very beginning before you enter any new 2023 information.
