You now have several threads going, none of which are clear. We do not know what your situation is, nor do we know why you contacted Audit Defense. And we do not know what kind of help you requested from them. Are you seeking help with a 2018 tax return or a return from an earlier year? Are you being audited for a prior year? Did you receive a letter from the IRS? In one of your threads you mentioned a notice from the IRS. In another thread you mentioned your state. You have not provided any details, so we do not know how to help.
