Why did not get my 2019 disk?

Did you order it from TurboTax (Intuit)? If not, you should contact the vendor directly. 

 

Otherwise, you can contact TurboTax Support (link below) during regular business hours.

Why did not get my 2019 disk?

If you are an Advantage subscriber where you receive the desktop software (CD or Download) automatically each tax year, sign onto your Advantage account and then use the toll free phone number to speak with an agent concerning your order - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage
