Did you , if so, indeed, why? That would be rather silly.
Use the IRS free filing to bypass TurboTax,
OR just fill out the 1040 form yourself ; it is available from the IRS web site.
Oh no----did you already file it? Did you click a big orange button that said "Transmit my returns now?" If you did that it is too late.....If you did not click that button there is still time to stop you from having to pay.
The free software becomes available in mid-January.
