Why cant I get into my turbotax from other computers? I con only get to a site trying to sell me turbotax software that I already have on one but not all computers

Do you have the Desktop program installed?  Then your return is only on that computer.  You need to install Turbo Tax on the other computer and copy the .tax2024 from the first computer to open it.

You can log into your Intuit account and download it again to another computer.  All your downloads should be listed in your account.  You can install it on 5 computers you own.

If you're using TurboTax Online, you can get to your TurboTax account from any computer or mobile device.  You have to use the same account and password.
