It's still showing that I need to finish the last step in filing my 2028 taxes. The last part where I sign and file, I go through all steps then when I click transmit it tries to then says it couldn't finish. Does this need to be done on a computer to finish?pleasr help me get these finished and mailed off to where the 3td strep is done and I can stop stressing over all of this. I thought paying the extra for a live cps would make it easier but I have had a hard time. I dont have time to talk to a live cps,if that's required when paying to get a cps then I would of never payed for one cause my phone is just a cheep phone and drops calls or dials another number while I'm talking so I can't call and talk to one. But sense I payed already, I would really appreciate it if someone could sign and send mine off, get through that lats step where they get transmit. I gave permission for cps or whoever to help do this for me, but I'm not getting anywhere.ive been stuck on this same area for a couple weeks and it's becoming a pain. I've done all the steps from every response I've gotten but still can't get mine done past 3rd final step. I looked up if after I finished my taxes if I could choose to file online so I don't have to mail mine and it says I can absalutly, but I'm not having any luck. Please let me know if you can help.
