Why can't i talk to someone that can answer my questions all this keeps doing is going in around and around and not helping me at all

I purchased TurboTax Home and Business and I need to talk to someone about adding the Form 8862 to my return.

Here are instructions on how to add Form 8862 to your return.

In Home & Business in the Desktop/CD version:

• Go to Personal
• Then select Deductions & Credits
• Scroll to You and Your Family
• Earned Income Credit, then Start
• Continue on next screen
• Do any of these uncommon situations apply?
• Select box for I got a letter/notice from the IRS telling me to fill out an 8862 form to claim the Earned Income Credit
• Continue entering your information and the information to fill out the form will be in the program

I filed and received a copy of my 2020 income tax a few weeks ago. you keep sending more emails that my returns were rejected. it cost me $130 dollars yesterday thru Paypal and it still says it's rejected I received a refund from the state of okla only be told by turbotax I needed to refile...was my federal return accepted by the IRS?  I'm not happy the way this has played out...I hope you will straighten this out so a 3rd party is not needed ...   help me out here please !
