Why can't I locate "Discharge of Indebtedness" in my Other Deductions and Credits category? I want to file a form 982.

Follow the instructions in the TurboTax article How do I report excludable (non-taxable) canceled debt? to add Form 982 to your tax return. You will to select the type of debt you are excluding from your income.
