Why can't I import from vanguard mutual funds?

Depending on what specific forms you need, it's possible they are not ready yet on the Vangard website. For their release schedule for different forms see https://investor.vanguard.com/investor-resources-education/taxes/investment-tax-forms

Thanks, but it’s available on the website and they’ve already sent me the paper form. It just refuses to transfer. VG brokerage (which is separate) transferred fine.

That link only tells you how to use it if it is functioning. The program fails to make a secure connection. (No, nothing is wrong with my WiFi or login credentials.) 

To add insult to injury, it cheerfully tells me I can type everything in by hand. Which negates the reason to use software in the first place.
