Apple's official support site doesn't appear to contain instructions for clearing the cache in Safari. Your best bet is to search the Internet for clear Safari cache or similar search terms.
I didn't have space to mention that I tried from two different computers with the exact same result. Finally gave up and filed with HR Block in about half the time I wasted fighting this. Thank you for trying to help but it's Intuit's fault. Why they can't make something this simple just work is beyond me.
This does not work. I have tried multiple computers, cleared out all cookies, and NO progress. I have put hours into this and it is a waste thus far.

I'm having this same problem. I keep getting booted back to the login screen after it pinwheels. I've tried this on different computers and I've also cleared cookies and cache. I'm using the free edition. I tried to speak to a real person but that costs money apparently.
