Why can't I download my .2017tax file? It just goes to a screen saying "Select the Turbotax product here".

Already downloaded the 2017 Turbotax software. Nothing happens when I click the link to download my 2017 tax file.

FYI, I found the file in my downloads on the computer that I used to originally file the tax return. It shouldn't be so difficult, still wondering why when you click "Download .tax file" when you're in the return you need to amend that it doesn't work.
