Why are my only payment options Google Pay and Pay with Refund... why cant I pay with me debit/credit card

If you are using the mobile app, it will prompt using Google Pay if you are on Android. If you choose Google Pay, you can then select the credit or debit card you wish to use within Google Pay. You can also login to Turbo Tax from a browser to pay online without using Google Pay.

It can be frustrating when only Google Pay or "Pay with Refund" shows up as payment options. This usually happens because the platform or app might not be accepting direct debit or credit card payments at the moment.
