No, not if you need to do a state return. Deluxe is $39 for Federal. State is a separate extra $39. And if you want to have the fees deducted from a federal refund there is an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California). So the fees could be 39+39=78 or

39+39+39=117 plus sales tax.
