Why am I being forced to use TurboTax Live?

Does not give me any option besides TurboTax live.

Why am I being forced to use TurboTax Live?

You may have ended up with the Live feature by mistake.   That upgrade includes on-demand live help from a tax expert and a final review of your return prior to filing.   There is an extra fee for that service.  If you want to remove it, see this:
