You are in Deluxe.  It is 59 for federal and 49 for state.  And if you want the fees deducted from your refund there is an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California) .

Did you request to have the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax return?  If so, and the federal tax refund has been delayed then you will receive emails from TurboTax requesting payment.

The Deluxe online edition price was $39 before the increase on March 1.  The service charge for having the TurboTax account fees paid from the federal tax refund was $39.  For a total of $78.

Yeah, this was my 5th year with Turbo, and they've been pretty good too now. I too thought I was paying $39, but even that fee wasn't revealed until my refund was basically finished. I was lead to believe thru the entire filing process the Basic version was free, like my previous four years. But then at the end they said the one itemization I used, which was for elderly and was only $11, necessitated the Deluxe version. Then the $78 fee was revealed on the very last step, saying the added fee, the double fee, was for electing to have them take the 78 from my return instead of paying them immediately with my debit card. Whole fee thing was very misleading. I'll not be back next year, they lost a regular customer with me.
