It appears you are using the Turbo Tax Live Deluxe version, which has a fee for your federal return as well as a fee for your state return.

You can review the fees associated with your account, by following the instructions here.

While on the Turbo Tax website, it shows the current fee for the program you select, then under the fee it says *state additional.
