Why am I being charge $130

It shows you are in the Self Employed version.  It is $90 for Federal and state is an additional 40.  Then if you want the fees deducted from your refund there is an Extra $40  Pay with Refund Service charge.

I have my w2 no self employed it shouldn’t have charge me the $90

If you haven't filed or paid yet you can try to downgrade to a lower version
