Why am I being asked to pay another $39.99 for my tax preparation, when I already paid using my bank info. so my fee can be taken out of my federal taxes

Here's how you can view the current fees on your TurboTax account using these steps:

1. Sign into your account and continue your current return

2. Select TaxTools on the bottom left of the screen 

3. Select Tools and then select My Fees

You will then see a detailed view of your charges.
