Who do I contact at IRS to make sure info is correct?Acct # for deposit of refund was incorrect in efile. Verified Bank rejected. the 1040x is not available.

The refund went to the wrong acct #.  Bank verified they rejected it.  I need to make sure the refund is reissued to the correct acct # or my new address.  I believe I would need to contact the IRS for this and was hoping to find the best contact or resolution info.

If the bank rejected your refund, then the IRS will mail a check to the address on your tax return.  You won't be able to call the IRS and update your banking information or change your address for the refund.

Thank you very much.  I moved to a new address March 1.  My concern is it being sent to the old address, taking even longer after that.  Is there anything that can be done to mitigate that?
