Who do I contact at IRS to make sure info is correct?Acct # for deposit of refund was incorrect in efile. Verified Bank rejected. the 1040x is not available.

The refund went to the wrong acct #.  Bank verified they rejected it.  I need to make sure the refund is reissued to the correct acct # or my new address.  I believe I would need to contact the IRS for this and was hoping to find the best contact or resolution info.
