Good Morning  xmasbaby0 Level 15,

How come your response states, "I can arrange for the Live help you are paying the extra fee for with your questions from 5 am to 9 pm Pacific time"? But the advertisement states: "Get guidance from a tax expert, plus a final review for 100% accuracy at no cost. Ends March 31–act now!"

Thank you,

BAdams

Are you referring to the recent promotion for FULL SERVICE  online TurboTax and the $100 rebate?   Or did you see some other offer for free "Live" online?

Your post shows you are already using the TurboTax Live Basic Edition so there is nothing more you need to do except contact your Tax Expert.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for how to contact your Tax Expert when using the Live editions - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/product-setup/connect-tax-expert-turbota...

1) the offer is about to expire,

if the expert doesn't contact you over Easter weekend, your free service turns into a charged service.

Nice.

2) if you are one of the 37% with a very simple return, you can check your own return by printing it and reviewing it carefully.
